Ropes Crossing Church plant is built on Jesus as he is found in God’s Word the Bible. RCC is made up of people local to Ropes Crossing keen to see people reconnect with God through the good news of Jesus. Ministry started on February 1, 2010 with 5 adults and 4 children. After an official launch on May 1, 2011, now 40 adults and 50 children are involved in regular ministries with people continuing to join us as we grow.

Our pastor is Rev Pete Wood. Pete trained in the Anglican Church and was sent to Ropes Crossing by St Marys Anglican Church after ministering for four years at Seven Hills Anglican Church. He and his family, Liz, Eleanor (8), Alistair (5) and Simeon (3), moved into Ropes Crossing in March 2010. Pete’s interests include cars and guitars and he works part time as a musician and music teacher.
